NIPPONDENSO GEAR REDUCTION SOLENOID REMOVAL & INSTALLATION KIT

Application:    .9 to 5.5 kW solenoids

Problem:
1    Too many pieces of tooling and still not enough to cover all Nippondenso Gear reduction applications
2    The coil assembly is not completely seated prior to crimping it in place

Solution...this three piece kit allows you to:
1    Remount the coil assembly
2    Lock the coil assembly in place
3    Stake it

SOLENOID REBUILDING KITS
This new style, low volume, round case solenoid rebuilding system is designed to handle the old style solenoids and the new style solenoids with the side protruding "S" terminal connecting points, like the Late Ford PMGR.  More than 50 round can solenoids can be rebuilt with the M152-SRK Kit which contains 1 disassembly/base plate, 4 press bars and 8 crimp dies.  These tools can be purchased individually.  To do just Delco solenoids you would need one base plate, one crimp die and one press bar.  If you then decided you wanted to do Ford solenoids also, the only additional piece you would need to purchase would be another crimp die for that diameter case.  See chart below:

Operation:
1    Commutator or solenoid is clamped in place
2    Ram  is activated

Ram Speed:          90” per minute
Production time:         about 200 per hour
Tooling change time:      about 5 minutes
