M152-0143-RS Removal Sleeve for both pressing in and out
M152-0143-B Base: holds the varying length cases in a straight upright position for both removal & installation
M152-0143-ST 1.080 Standard Locating Tool
M152-0143-S .480 Locating Tool
M152-0143-L 1.58 Locating Tool: based on case length to position the slug to its proper location in the case

Operation:
1 Mount the slug on the pad
2 Align the punch pins and apply pressure
3 Both retaining pins will be pressed out together
4 Proceed to the next retainer
Production time: about 200 slug assemblies per hour
Arbor or Air press required: 3 Ton

• Stakes both field coil retainer tabs at the same time
• Holds the retainer tight against the field slug
• Requires a minimum 3 ton press
• Production time: less then 10 seconds per retainer
