BASIC WAVE SOLDER MACHINE OPERATION
Step 1: The proper sleeve is inserted into the rotating head assembly
Step 2: An armature is inserted
Step 3: Rotation allows the rizer on the commutator to be covered by the wave of solder coming from the heated reservoir through the pump into the wave form over the rizer and commutator and then back into the reservoir.
