The De-soldering Station utilizes gas mixed with shop air to produce a
concentrated high intensity blue flame that will cause the solder to
liquefy for easy commutator removal.Specifications:
- 8 burners
- 80,000 BTU
- Natural gas or propane, must specify
- Air: 60-100 psi, shop air
- Melting time: 10-20 seconds

Operation:
Slide in plates, manually tighten separated commutator jaws on the commutator, pull the lever and the shaft is pushed out of the commutator.
Supplied with one set of jaws, please specify

1 Place the de-soldered commutator in the jaws and clip by activating the jaw cylinder valve
2 Push the handle down and activate the air hammer valve
3 The commutator is pushed out of the armature
