Forms the lead set in hair pins all at the same time
Operation:
1 Install armature body with end fiber and hair pins in tooling
2 Press until tooling stops-Note: Lead knot is now made in hair pins
3 Release pressure-Note: The assembly will be pushed up for removal
4 Tooling sold separately per commutator, sample required
Weight:
Press 350 lbs.

MANUAL ARMATURE LEAD TWISTER
The twister
centers the nested & lead set armature and locks the lamination
stack
firmly in place preventing movement while the top & bottom leads are twisted into their
correct location on the commutator.
• Ideal for start up shops
• Handles 5MT to 50MT
Production time: as many as 100 armatures per hour
Tooling change time: less than 5 minutes

M155-0045-TF Tooling assembly flat wire
