INSULATION CREASER CUTTER
• When making stator slot liners, this tool will allow fast adjustments for both crease location and
slot liner
width
• For U-Slot only• Five operations in one, stripping, two cuffs, creasing and cutting
• Cutting knives are machined from high quality tool steel
• Adjustments are located for easy use
• An eccentric bearing in the pressure link controls creasing depth
• Once adjustments are set as many insulators as desired can be fabricated without variations of any kind
• We recommend using pre-cuffed paper
Production Rate: 48 slot liners per minute
AUTOMATIC STATOR PAPER CELL INSERTER
• We recommend
cuffed paper
Operation: Mount the burnt, stripped & cleaned stator stack on the tooling, lock in place, the paper will be cut and fed through dies forming the cell shape, inserted into the lamination and then indexed to the next slot and the cycle is repeated.
Production time: about 1 second per slot
Tooling & adjustment time: less than 2 hours
Power: 110V, 60Hz, 1 Phase
Tooling sold separately per sample, M155-0006-T plus application
