The Cyclojet 3 doesn’t clean one way...it cleans any way you want, any time you want. If one part must be rinsed while another can’t tolerate fresh water, preprogram the cycles and put the appropriate “cycle number” on your work order. If filling and draining the cleaning chamber pulls out chips from deep passageways, create a cycle with back-to-back “Immerse Wash” stages. If the solution in tank #2 is suddenly getting too much detergent carry over, insert another “Fresh Rinse” stage after the wash stages.
There are six (6) types of cleaning stages plus a “tumble dry”. These stages can be repeated, deleted, shortened, lengthened, and/or sequenced in ANY fashion to create nine (9) different preprogrammed cycles. The operator can use these established cleaning recipes or setup a new cycle at any time.
During the immersion stages, filtered water is continuously being pumped into the cleaning chamber at 100 GPM. This same amount of water overflows the cleaning chamber, flushing-out floating oils and suspended chips. In effect, the immersion bath is being changed-over with filtered solution every thirty (30) seconds.
The “immersion wash” stage has spray under immersion for additional cleaning action. The 100 GPM input is blasting beneath the submerged baskets, creating what amounts to a boiling cauldron.
