MANUAL BEARING PULLER
This new manual bearing puller is designed for small shops
that have no need for a production puller, but still need to pull
all the bearings used in our industry.
• Designed for use as a holding device
• Holds both Jiffy Plates and New Style 202/203 Bearing Pullers
• A Manual Socket or 3/8” Air Impact Gun is required
Operation:
Choose a puller plate, slide the puller over the plate and tighten the allen screws. When the plate is flush with the top of the puller, attach it to the bearing and remove

JIFFY BALL BEARING PULLER
1 Allows removal of bearings from most generator & starter armatures shafts as well as alternator rotor shafts and gear reduction starter shafts which have been originally installed per OEM/SAE standards
2 Compact tool design allows use in multiple locations throughout your shop and takes up a minimum of bench space
3 Puller can be mounted vertically, allowing better leverage for pulling
4 Plates and adapters are used to hold the bearing
5 Many plates are available to pull bearings, rotor slip rings and much more.
6 Custom plates are available: samples or drawings required
7 Plates & accessories are sold separately.

New Bearing Puller for 24SI Style Rotors
(for use with D158-4035-102 Jiffy Bearing Puller and
0058-2602 or 0058-2604 2-Jaw Pullers)
• Fits 24SI and other like rotors with the same size bearing (35MM OD)
• Operates by holding the bearing and pushing the rotor out
• Can be used with a jaw puller or arbor press as well
• All steel construction
• Easy operation, no set screws or nuts to adjust
• Simple slide the tooling behind the bearing and slinger and pull off over the slip ring by pushing the rotor out of the bearing
• Old Style Jiffy Pullers will have to be modified with a wider opening on the front end.
