Operation:
1 Force the sleeve into the correct position with a wedging action
2 Use the punch to roll over the retaining lip

• Supplied with tooling
Production rate: up to 120 per hour
Tooling & adjustment time: less than two minutes
Operation:
1 Install shunt sleeve on die
2 Mount field coil over shunt sleeve
3 Pull down on lever which applies adjustable pressure on field case
4 Then with simple pulling motion the wiping arms fold over and tighten the sleeve against the case
